Professional Experience
You can't prepare a plan for the future without first identifying what you want your future to be. Diana works with clients of all levels to identify their estate objectives, to introduce them to some of the options available and to create an end product that will help them reach their goals. Then she follows up by helping clients to adjust that plan as their needs change. By advising clients on the merits and operation of a variety of tools for implementing and managing financial resources, she helps them achieve their desired outcomes. Clients rely on Diana to help them work toward a vast array of goals, from charitable giving to asset protection. She often works with a team of professionals to assure that the plan is complete. She draws on the unique perspective obtained as a result of her experience in fiduciary litigation and contested probate matters to assist clients in anticipating and minimizing potential conflicts. Many clients have avoided litigating estate conflicts because of Diana's skill in navigating the mediation process and her ability to devise creative solutions that meet her clients' needs.
Diana is a life-long resident of Seattle where she now lives with her husband and their two children. They enjoy a variety of outdoor activities available to those of us fortunate enough to live in the great Northwest. She and her family are active members of St. Joseph Parish on Capitol Hill
