Professional Experience
Amy Phillips practices in the firm's commercial litigation group. A substantial portion of her practice is dedicated to representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy actions, post-judgment collection actions, and foreclosures. Her cases have involved real estate purchase and sale agreements, fraud, sales of businesses, breaches of contract, enforcement of promissory notes and personal guaranties, securities fraud, banking regulations, commercial leases, unlawful detainer, sales of businesses, and the UCC. In addition to working as a commercial litigator, Amy represents dentists facing disciplinary action by the Washington State Dental Quality Assurance Commission. Prior to joining Keller Rohrback, Amy worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Washington.
