Professional Experience
Ben Lantz's practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation for small businesses and practice groups. He has been a litigation attorney in the Puget Sound region since 1995. Ben began his career as a civil and criminal prosecutor with the Snohomish County Prosecutor's Office, where he obtained extensive trial experience. Since joining Keller Rohrback L.L.P. in 1998, Ben has successfully represented dentists and doctors in administrative hearings and civil lawsuits concerning employment law, licensing issues, landlord-tenant disputes, billing service providers, and patient disputes. He has presented employment law seminars to individual businesses and lectured concerning informed consent at dental seminars. Washington Law & Politics magazine has named Ben a "Rising Star" in the Washington legal community.
